Ok so first get paint.NET from download.com + it's free!
Then go on cp
After go where you want and press:prnt scrn
then open up paint.NET
Go to edit and click paste
Then crop to as small as you want
edit it
Host at servimg.com
Get the link
Post it using img tags Pics. URL goes here
Then you got ur self a pic!
